Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Sales Support Associate for a fast-growing company located in Laguna Hills.

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions, concerns, and order fulfillment. Responsible for supporting all customers in a professional manner. The duties include communicating with customers and sales representatives over the phone or via email. Processing orders utilizing the inventory management system. Assist the Sales Support Manager with all areas of sales and clinical studies. 

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $25-$30/Hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Responsibility:

• Act as a liaison between Sales Support and Sales, ensuring timely responses to orders, order status, and product returns
• Keep others informed
• Data entry skills
• Analyzing information
• Managing processes

• Assist Manager with ordering office supplies for HQ and North office
• Assist Manager obtain sales goals for House accounts and Distributors
• Help Territory Managers achieve Company Sales Goals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years previous related experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
• Experience with an ERP software
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to understand company policies and procedures
• Moderate knowledge of the company’s products and customers
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strict attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements
