Salary: $20–$25/hour DOE
Location: Approximately 30 miles NW of Oklahoma City
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Payroll Administrator to support our team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions while handling payroll processing, employee records, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR functions, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly and commission payroll
Maintain and ensure compliance of personnel records and HR files
Update and manage HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred)
Prepare and revise HR documents, reports, and internal policies
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Track PTO, compensation changes, and time management records
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including FMLA
Handle workers’ compensation tracking and claims
Partner with insurance brokers for annual open enrollment and benefits changes
Respond to employee HR-related inquiries
Assist with company events, luncheons, license renewals, and additional HR tasks as assigned
Create reports and presentations on HR metrics for management
Qualifications:
Previous HR experience preferred
Experience with HRIS systems
Knowledge of payroll processing
Understanding of federal and state labor laws
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
