This company manufactures a variety of fiberglass products ranging from railroad crossing arms to automotive parts and more!

Pay & Schedule

4th Shift: Friday – Sunday
Hours: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Perk: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Job Responsibilities

• Stack fiberglass products on shelving
• Cut off finished products
• Handle fiberglass mats and rovings
• Keep machines stocked with raw materials
• Monitor machinery and production processes
• Read setup sheets and production orders
• Perform quality checks on products
• Use calipers and measuring devices
• Assist with machinery setup and shutdown
• Install clamping and set bake timers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive bending, twisting, and squatting
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Able to stand for extended periods during shift
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
