Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage tasks independently. The Office Clerk will be responsible for inventory management, processing returns, and ensuring accurate documentation using Microsoft Office applications. The pay will be $18-20 depending on experience and the schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5pm. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track inventory levels accurately
  • Process product returns efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting
  • Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in inventory or clerical work is a plus
