Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Pool Installer on behalf of our client, a well-established, full-service landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, team-oriented company specializing in outdoor construction and pool installations. You’ll work alongside an experienced crew installing swimming pools and related equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities for long-term, year-round work.

What you’ll be doing:

·         Assist with the installation of swimming pools, including framing, liners, and mechanical pool equipment

·         Operate and work alongside heavy equipment and machinery on industrial and residential job sites

·         Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as required

·         Read and follow project plans to help ensure installations are completed accurately and efficiently

·         Troubleshoot installation issues and assist with problem-solving on-site

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

·         Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout projects

·         Support landscaping and site preparation activities as needed

·         Transition into snow and ice control work during the winter season

 

What we’re looking for:

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in pool installation, landscaping, construction, or a related field

·         Experience installing pool liners and mechanical pool equipment is considered an asset

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors

·         Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

·         Good communication and teamwork skills

·         Strong time management and organizational skills

·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

·         Valid driver’s license is considered an asset

·         Monday–Friday schedule, typically 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
