Janitor – Commercial Property

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Schedule may vary based on operational needs)

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at a commercial property. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, efficient, and able to work in environments where cleaning tasks are scheduled and performed under supervision in secure spaces.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to scheduled appointments
Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
Follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols in secure environments
Work efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

Ability to work a consistent early morning schedule (5:30 AM start)
Comfortable working in supervised and secure environments
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
