Salary: $18/Hr

We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our team!

Job Description: 

  • Operate industrial sweeping equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the park
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections on equipment and facilities
  • Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed
  • Maintain general housekeeping and ensure work areas meet site standards
  • Operate a forklift safely for material handling and transport
  • Complete assigned site maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Drive a company van throughout the park to support daily operations
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday

7:30AM-4PM: Some overtime may be available upon request. 

Pay: $18/hr. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous property maintenance or handyman experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks
