Front Desk & Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

Express Employment is searching for a for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our client’s team as a Front Desk & Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, creating a positive experience for patients, and being part of a supportive small-office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Process paperwork and maintain patient records
• Assist with medical billing and insurance-related tasks
• Help explain chiropractic care packages, financial plans, and payment options to patients
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
• Comfortable working closely with patients and handling phone communication
• Comfortable discussing financial plans and payment options with patients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Medical billing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:45 PM
• No weekends
• Fridays off
