Key Responsibilites 

 

Operate anodizing tanks, rinse stations, and sealing equipment

Prepare parts through cleaning, etching, and racking processes

monitor chemical concentrations, temperatures, and cycle times

Inspect parts for coating thinkness, color, and surface quality 

Maintain accurate production and process records

follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping in the anodize area

Safely handle chemicals, materials, and equipment 

Work closely with supervisors and quality personnel to resolve issues.
