Customer Service Representative Temp-to-Permanent | $17.00/hr | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day. Some Saturdays required during peak season. Must be willing to work extended hours when business needs arise.

About the Role: We are looking for a sharp, no-nonsense Customer Service Representative who can hit the ground running. If you pick things up quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work, this role is for you. This is a temp-to-permanent position with long-term growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or in-person professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer questions and concerns accurately, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Support increased volume during peak season, including occasional Saturdays
• Adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and product knowledge
