Production Team Member

Located in Paris, KY

Salary: 17.50

We are currently hiring Production Team Members for a metal recycling/manufacturing facility in Paris, KY. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a rotating schedule.

 

Schedule:
12-hour rotating schedule (2 on / 3 off / 3 on / 2 off)

• Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 5:45 PM ($17.50/hr)
• Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM ($18.25/hr)
  (Training is completed on 1st shift. Final shift placement determined after training.)

Job Duties:

• Support production operations and assist with material handling
• Perform general labor duties including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Assist with equipment and production processes
• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a hot, physically demanding industrial environment
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
