Salary: $20.00/hour

We are hiring maintenance workers to join our client’s maintenance team. This is student housing and all accommodation / apartments need to be refurbished and turned over the summer months. You will inspect perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have some previous experience in maintenance and be familiar with various hand and power tools.

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of property and apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance
• Routine maintenance such as changing light bulbs, and minor repairs
• Basic painting and touch up of paint
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Will move and lift up to 50lbs
