Our company supplies Industrial & Commercial grade Hardware to customers all across the Pacific NW ensuring they have the parts to build each job on accurately and on time.

Job Requirements

• Stay in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Operate receiving, warehousing, production, distribution, shipping and maintenance operations
• Initiate, coordinate and follow optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Stock control and reconcile with accuracy of inventory
• Provide accuracy in fast paced atmosphere with critical parts filling orders
• comfortable with Forklift, Hem-saw, Chop Saw, Belt Grinder, etc
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Dependable transportation and be able to work hours needed.
• Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Prompt and dependable attendance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• HS degree in a related field desired
• Works well with a team
• Expertise in warehouse procedures and best practices (Continuous Improvement )
• Proven ability to work well with others and provide personal customer experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and tools (shipping & receiving)
• Team player and desire for learning with growth potential
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
