Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Composite Technicians for a cutting-edge manufacturing client. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform fiberglass infusion processes, including mold preparation, material cutting, bagging, and resin application
• Conduct quality checks during production to ensure components meet specifications
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe chemical handling
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support team production goals and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of manufacturing, lamination, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Work in an industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature changes
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
