Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada CNC turret punch press and/or press brake machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Select, install, and adjust tooling (dies, punches, fixtures)
• Load, position, and align sheet metal materials for processing
• Program or adjust machine settings for accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure product quality standards are met
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE

Additional Duties

• Support production goals and deadlines
• Assist with material handling (may include forklift use)
• Track production and complete documentation as required
• Communicate issues or improvements to supervisors
