Shipping Coordinator - $20/hour

Express is hiring a Shipping Coordinator for a local Distribution Center in Maryville, TN. 

Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Will be using internal databases to process orders to the floor
• Booking freight through portal sights
• Communication with drivers
• Reporting volumes of freight movements, operational activities
• Support management in executing the goals set for the various departments within the facility
• Ensure effective controls are being followed in order to meet customer and company inventory
• Ensure safety performance is being improved.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must be detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills both over email correspondence and over the phone
• Must be able to follow directions and follow through on tasks given
• Must be self-driven and be comfortable with taking initiative on assigned tasks  

Shipping Coordinator Shift: 

• M-F / 6 AM - 3:30 PM 
• Temp-to-hire
