We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join a growing team in Willis, VA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and SUVs across many makes and models. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and values honesty and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance including brakes, suspension, steering, engine, and transmission work
• Conduct inspections and identify needed repairs or maintenance
• Complete oil changes, tire services, battery replacements, and tune-ups
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards before delivery
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with management

Qualifications

• Previous automotive mechanic or technician experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures
• Ability to work on multiple makes and models
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and hand tools
• Valid driver’s license required
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certification is a plus
• Experience with used vehicle inspections and reconditioning
• Welding or fabrication experience is beneficial but not required
