REPORTS TO : Manufacturing Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY :

 Performs Pressure Testing of Vessels to ensure we are
manufacturing leak-free products.

JOB PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

1. Adherence to all company safety rules.
2. Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
3. Maintain specified quality standards - All vessels must pass inspection with no
failures and must meet blueprint specifications.
4. Completes all required documentation timely and accurately.
5. No excessive absenteeism, tardiness, or early leaves.
6. Exhibits flexibility/willingness to learn new technologies/techniques, and new
processes.
7. Must be able to communicate with co-workers’ and Supervisors and work as a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following:

1. Check that tools and equipment are working properly.
   2. Perform pressure tests on all products that require it.
   3. Checks entire unit for any defects during the hydro process
   4. Keep the work area clean and orderly.
   5. Document your findings of tests you perform daily.
   6. Stay in communication with supervisor to correct any issues or concerns
   7. Suggest ways to make the processes better & more efficient.
   8. Use of basic hand tools
   9. Cross training in existing processes and new processes.
   10. Other Duties Maybe Assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE:
• Use of hand tools and tape measures
• Some blueprint reading
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, and memos. Ability to write simple
correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
REASONING ABILITY:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral
instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
