FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

 

GRAVETTE/DECATUR AREA

 

SCHEDULE:  M - F (7:30AM - 4:30PM)

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Indoor and outdoor facilities maintenance.  Perform monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, machinery, and equipment.  Perform plumbing, HVAC and electrical repairs.  Assist with general cleaning as needed.  Assist with set up for events.

 

General handyman experience is required, including knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and building trades.
