Position Summary

An established agricultural company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations through the end of the year. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
  • Enter and maintain accurate data and records
  • File, scan, and organize documents both electronically and physically
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Support payroll, invoicing, or purchasing processes as needed
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other office documents
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization
  • Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and customers

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable attendance and professional demeanor required
