Store Sales Supervisor / Multi-Store Sales & Operations Supervisor

 

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals & Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a driven and experienced Multi-Store Sales & Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple retail locations for Mega Wine & Spirits and Crown Wine & Spirits. This is a high-impact, field-oriented leadership role designed for a results-focused retail professional who leads from the front and is passionate about building strong teams, driving sales performance, and holding stores to the highest operational standards. The ideal candidate will be a confident coach and communicator who is equally comfortable reviewing sales reports, walking store floors, executing vendor promotions, and developing action plans for underperforming locations. If you have a proven track record in multi-location retail supervision, a strong command of store operations, and the drive to make every store the best it can be, we want to hear from you! Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

 

Requirements:

• Conduct regular weekly store visits across assigned locations to review sales performance, inspect store standards, verify promotional and merchandising execution, and identify operational issues including out-of-stocks, overstock, signage, and pricing concerns.
• Coach and develop Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Sales Associates, providing ongoing feedback, accountability, and support to improve individual and store-level performance.
• Review staffing levels, schedules, attendance, punctuality, and employee presentation at each location, escalating urgent HR or operational issues to management in a timely manner.
• Prepare detailed store visit reports with photos, findings, and clear action items, and develop strategic improvement plans for underperforming stores to drive consistent sales growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of retail supervision or management experience, with strong preference for candidates from liquor, grocery, convenience store, specialty retail, or multi-location retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data and translate findings into actionable coaching and operational improvement strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills, with the ability to influence and motivate store-level teams across multiple locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly between store locations.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Full Time – Monday – Friday
• Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 annually D.O.E
