Lead Installer – Furniture Installation - $25/hr

Location: Garden Grove

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Lead Installer to oversee on-site furniture installation projects for model homes, commercial spaces, and design‑driven environments. This role requires a proactive leader who communicates clearly, works with urgency and purpose, and maintains a high standard of professionalism on every job site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage labor crews during furniture deliveries and installations.
Coordinate closely with designers, superintendents, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
Ensure proper protection of property and furniture during deliveries; remind laborers to handle items carefully and avoid dragging furniture.
Verify that all items are placed in the correct rooms according to installation plans.
Keep the workflow steady and efficient while motivating and engaging the labor team.
Greet designers professionally and communicate installation plans clearly to support strong client and designer satisfaction.
Drive a box truck to and from job sites (clean driving record required).
Assist with furniture assembly as needed (experience is a plus).

Qualifications

2-5 years of Strong supervisory and leadership roles with, communication skills
Proven ability to manage labor crews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a high level of honesty and accountability.
Ability to work with urgency, purpose, and professionalism.
Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Furniture assembly experience is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
