We are looking URGENTLY for a skilled Cook with full services restaurant experience! 

Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay Rates: $20/HR (Full Service Cooks) 
Schedule: Full-Time (5 days per week, varies)
Shifts: 2 PM-10 PM

We are hiring an experienced Full-Service Cook to join a fast-paced hospitality team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, can cook everything from scratch, can follow recipes and directions accurately, and takes pride in delivering high-quality meals. You’ll be working across multiple stations to prepare lunch and dinner menu items in a full-service kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items for lunch and dinner service
- Work across stations including grill, sauté, cold prep, and pizza
- Cook proteins such as steak and other entrees to quality standards
- Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace
- Work efficiently during busy service periods and stay on pace
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and follow direction from leadership

Qualifications & Skills
- Prior full-service cooking or line cook experience required
- Ability to follow recipes and directions accurately
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices preferred
