• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience
• Must have experience in MedTech or Capital Equipment. Experience in Channel/Distributor marketing is highly preferred
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical/scientific data into compelling commercial value propositions
• Full understanding of how to market through distribution and direct sales channels
• Advanced analytical skills with CRM (HubSpot) and ERP integration
• Proficient in leveraging AI platforms for workflow optimization and content scaling
• As well as Proficient with creative software, such as Photoshop, Monday.com, Trello, Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.
• Superior presentation skills with the ability to influence at the Executive Committee level 
• A key decision-making skill that will streamline projects from start to finish
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable leading in an "empowered" environment with limited supervision
• Prior experience working closely with Sales to support lead generation, pipeline development, or sales enablement
• Experience collaborating with teams and operational leadership
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and hands-on, moving from planning to execution
• Previous experience supervising staff and providing day-to-day direction to vendors, agencies, or cross-functional teams required
• Ability to function effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%) to support trade shows and site visits
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and standard office equipmenT
• Correctable vision and hearing sufficient to perform job duties
