This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across production, office, and outdoor areas. Core Responsibilities

As an Industrial Janitor, you will support the maintenance, utility, and safety teams through the following tasks:

Sanitization: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas, including appliances like microwaves and refrigerators.
Floor Care: Sweep and mop daily and operate industrial floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment.
Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling in production areas, offices, and outdoor yard spaces.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain outdoor picnic areas, pick up debris along fences, and manage ashtrays.
Inventory Control: Track and restock PPE and supplies such as sanitizer, wipes, and paper products.
Safety Collaboration: Assist the Health and Safety team with training on proper sanitizing practices.

What You'll Need

Operation of industrial cleaning equipment is preferred
Must be able and qualified to wear a respirator
Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Team-oriented with attention to detail and safety
