Customer Service Representative

Location: Anaheim.CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Weekends
Pay: $25.00 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and provide appropriate customer service.
• Outbound for service and sales appointments. Minimum 90 customers handled each day
• Drive 3-day report.
• Assist/back up scheduling for RSA service appointments real time through Service Titan..
• Utilize company CRM (Service Titan) for all calls inbound and outbound.
• Assist in monitoring Lowes portal to schedule incoming appointments when needed.
• Daily appointment expectations: 12-15 opportunity age service calls, 15-20 service calls, and 14 sales calls.
• Active on GroupMe with positive and encouraging messages. 
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring NO 1 STAR REVIEWS.
• Other duties as assigned.
