Controller / Director of Finance Operations

 

Job Summary:

Requirements:

• Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable supervision, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial controls across multi-location liquor store operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Utilize QuickBooks to monitor cash flow, track transactions, and produce timely financial statements for leadership review.
• Lead and coordinate finance operations across multiple entities, providing strategic insights and supporting executive decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial controls, and finance operations management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong working knowledge of AP/AR processes, monthly close, and financial reconciliations.
• Proven experience managing multi-entity or multi-location operations, preferably in retail or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently, lead a team, and present financial data to executive leadership.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule | Full Time | Monday – Friday
• Pay | $100,000 – $120,000 annually D.O.E
