Electrical Construction Project Manager

Location: Mission, TX (Multiple Job Sites)

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts with weekends as needed based on project demands

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects in the Mission, TX area. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and project schedules
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and daily workflow
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and progress with management and clients
• Identify and resolve project delays or operational issues quickly
• Oversee job site logistics and ensure efficient project execution
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction or related construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, inspections, and job site operations
• Journeyman Electrician License preferred
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and fast-paced projects
• Proficiency with project scheduling, reporting, and coordination

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred but not required

Work Environment

• Combination of office and active construction job site environments
• Travel between multiple project sites required
