TEMP ROLE!

 

Job Duties:

• Use critical thinking and independent decision making to dispatch jobs sent to us from our customers to the best fit technician in our database.
• Work with customers to gain access to job sites as required.
• Confirm and follow up with scheduled appointments.
• Recruit technicians for current and/or future jobs and negotiate rates.
• Determine the proper level of troubleshooting support needed and escalate if necessary
