We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Property Manager to join our team for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to manage daily property operations, and experience handling tenant relations, leasing, and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations
• Assist tenants with questions, concerns, and lease agreements
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Ensure properties are maintained and operating efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Must pass a clear background check
• Must provide two valid forms of identification
