Pay & Schedule

• Base salary up to $50,000 annually
• Unlimited performance-based earning potential
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm
• Occasional after-hours community events and networking activities
• Full-time, long-term career opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain lending and deposit relationships within the community
• Manage the full loan process from pre-approval through servicing
• Complete underwriting, loan documentation, compliance, and loan disbursing
• Assist customers with residential mortgage and small business financing solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and committees
• Participate in community organizations, volunteer events, and local business groups
• Maintain accurate records and strong attention to detail throughout the lending process
• Provide relationship-focused customer service without sales or referral pressure

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Underwriting, loan documentation, and loan disbursing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines preferred
• Banking, lending, mortgage, finance, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional after-hours community events
• Experience in banking, finance, customer service, lending, or relationship management is a plus
