Salary: $75,000/year

Manufacturer and distributor of industrial pipe fittings and flanges serving construction, energy, and infrastructure markets is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customer accounts, process orders, and manage sales activities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinate with production and shipping for order fulfillment
  • Provide pricing, product information, and sales support
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on orders

Qualifications

  • Inside sales or customer service experience preferred (industrial/manufacturing a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts
  • Basic computer and order entry experience

Compensation & Benefits
