Kitting Associate

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (hours may change during peak season)

Job Summary

The Kitting Associate prepares products for retail sale by inflating balls, boxing, pricing, and assembling finished goods for shipment. This role focuses on product preparation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Inflate sports balls (basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, etc.)
• Box and price products according to retail specifications
• Prepare finished goods to be ready for shipping
• Ensure product quality and accurate packaging
• Meet daily production goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
• Attention to detail and product quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior light manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
