We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper / Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance standards at a residential apartment complex in McAllen, TX. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and fitness areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust shared spaces throughout the property
• Clean windows, glass doors, and interior fixtures as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins in all designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of vacant units as assigned
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures at all times
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be dependable and punctual

Work Environment

• Apartment complex and residential property setting
• Regular walking, standing, and physical cleaning tasks required
