Our client in Novato is seeking a dependable Production/Warehouse Associate to support daily bakery operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, assisting with cake production, oven operations, and general prep work to ensure high-quality products and an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

• De-pan cheesecakes by removing finished cakes from pans and placing them onto racks
• Pull cakes from ovens and assist with oven-related tasks
• Grease pans and perform various prep duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Qualifications or Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays, racks, or pans as required
• Comfortable working in a warm production environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Prior bakery, production, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
