Staffing agency hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturer of high-quality pipe fittings and flanges serving industrial and construction markets.  This role involves operating machinery, maintaining production flow, and working extended night shifts. Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Shift

Monday-Thursday, 6pm-5pm
Friday, 6pm-4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to produce parts
• Load/unload materials and maintain production pace
• Inspect finished product for basic quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience preferred
• Willingness to work 54 hours per week on night shift
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals
• Strong attendance and work ethic required

Pay & Schedule

• $16.50/hour to start
• Increase to $17.50/hour after learning machine operation
• Night shift with overtime (54 hours/week)
• Weekly pay over $1,000 with overtime
