Inventory Manager

Located in Carlstadt, NJ

Salary: $55,000-65,000 annually

Fence distributor is looking for someone to manage their Inventory Process. Ideal candidate will have previous inventory management, inventory accounting or materials control experience.

Job Description:

• Enter bills into QuickBooks
• Request bills from subcontractors for verification
• Provide weekly reports using QuickBooks and Excel
• Organize material bills by vendor
• Verify pricing on invoices and orders is correct
• Manually count and verify quantities of materials
• Create purchase orders

• Work closely with accounting, purchasing, and production teams to keep inventory and cost data aligned

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm AND Saturday 8am-12noon (2-3  Saturdays/mth)
