We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team.

Location: Meriden, CT

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Pay rate: $20-25/hr

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materials
• Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
• Maintain painting equipment and work areas in clean and safe condition
• Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, respirators, and equipment
• Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting experience preferred
• Experience with spray painting equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and specifications
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
