Our Pickering client, an Electrical Service and Repair company, is looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear communication on project timelines, updates, and risks at project and site meetings
• Coordinate and maintain project documentation including RFIs, RFCOs, submittals, closeout documents, and reports
• Support project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement activities
• Prepare, submit, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and Change Orders (RFCOs)
• Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Assist with procurement and material coordination to minimize project delays
• Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with Ontario Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction or Electrical Project Coordination
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
• Experience handling RFIs and RFCOs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
• Experience using ACCUBID for estimates
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software (asset)
• Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code (OEC)
• Experience working with electrical construction projects (asset)

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
• Salary: $71,000 - $90,000 per annum
