TIG Welder – Aluminum

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented TIG Welder to support the manufacturing of large-scale products and components. The ideal candidate will have strong aluminum TIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints and shop orders, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds to exact specifications.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay

• Starting $20.00-$22.00 per hour
• Based on experience and weld test results

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
• Read and work from shop orders, blueprints, specifications, and written instructions
• Cut, prepare, and position materials according to required dimensions and tolerances
• Set parts in assembly fixtures and clamp in place to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Select proper welding parameters according to specified weld procedures
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of completed welds
• Document completed work and quality checks as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production or fabrication duties as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications

Required

• TIG welding experience on aluminum
• Ability to read blueprints, prints, and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred

• Manufacturing or fabrication shop experience
• Experience working with large assemblies or custom products
• Knowledge of welding measurements, tolerances, and fabrication tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, move, and position materials as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and welding environment with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment while wearing proper PPE
