Schedule: Rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off)
Hours: Average 32–36 hours per week

Position Summary

Express is seeking 2 dependable, self-directed, & professional Pool Attendants to support operations at a residential community pool. This position is ideal for individuals who take ownership of their role, maintain consistency in attendance, & are comfortable working independently in a guest-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet & proactively engage with residents & guests
Verify access & ensure consistent enforcement of community guidelines
Maintain a safe, orderly pool environment with minimal supervision
Monitor activity & confidently address issues as they arise
Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, towels, furniture, & common areas
Take initiative in maintaining overall organization and presentation

Qualifications

Proven reliability, punctuality, & strong work ethic
Ability to work independently & stay engaged throughout the shift
Confident in enforcing rules in a respectful & consistent manner
Professional communication & customer service skills
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, & varying conditions
Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
Previous customer service, hospitality, or similar experience preferred

Work Environment

Residential community pool setting
Independent, highly visible role with direct guest interaction
Outdoor work in seasonal weather conditions
Active role requiring movement and attention throughout the shift
