Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local manufacturer in Shelby Township to assist with their hiring needs. We are looking for Warehouse / Shop Helpers to work at their facility. These are permanent evaluation to hire positions.
Starting Pay:
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour, or more depending on experience
Warehouse / Shop Helper Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Operate bandsaw, drill press, and grinders
- Use various power and hand tools
- Measure and cut materials accurately to customer specifications
- Experience with metal fabrication preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with cleaning up warehouse and shop when needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing shop / warehouse environment
- Willingness to learn and assist in other areas, as needed
- Proven attendance record and positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
