Quality Control Assistant
Location: Mount Pleasant, PA
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to support production operations within a manufacturing environment in Mount Pleasant. This position works closely with the floor manager to ensure parts, materials, and projects move efficiently throughout the facility while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to read and interpret blueprints confidently.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Assistant:

• Assist with quality control and production support throughout the facility
• Ensure parts and materials are properly tracked between departments and work areas
• Verify parts and completed work meet specifications and blueprint requirements
• Support shop floor organization and workflow efficiency
• Communicate with production staff and management regarding quality concerns
• Assist with light fabrication or finishing work during slower periods as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements of the Quality Control Assistant:

• Previous manufacturing or management experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Experience using hand tools or grinders is a plus
