🧾 Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Reach Lift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a reach truck (forklift) to move, locate, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. The ideal candidate has experience operating lift equipment and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload products from racks, shelves, and trucks
Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment
Safely stack and store products at various heights
Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
Maintain accurate inventory by scanning and tracking items
Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
Keep work areas clean and organized
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

✅ Qualifications

Previous experience operating a reach lift or forklift
Valid forklift/reach truck certification (or ability to obtain one)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic math and inventory skills

💪 Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
Ability to operate equipment for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights
