Job Summary:

We are hiring an Industrial Painter / Warehouse Associate to assist with painting, prepping materials, and general warehouse duties. This role includes using paint equipment, preparing surfaces, handling materials, and keeping the warehouse organized. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep surfaces by sanding, grinding, cleaning, and masking

• Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes

• Inspect finished parts for quality and proper coating coverage

• Move, stage, and organize materials in the warehouse

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Assist with general shop duties and housekeeping

• Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE as required

Requirements:

• Industrial painting or warehouse experience preferred (will train if needed)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet throughout the shift

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
