Internal Inventory Associate

Located in Lake Oswego, OR

Salary: $19/HR

A client of ours in Wilsonville is looking for an Internal Inventory Associate - Returns. You will be responsible for managing product returns and return-related communications with online marketplaces. This role ensures efficient processing of return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), accurate inventory tracking, and timely resolution of return issues while maintaining strong partner relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Process reseller return requests and issue RMAs according to company policy
• Review returned products for warranty eligibility, damage, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to resolve return-related issues
• Track return shipments and ensure timely receipt and processing
• Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, refunds, and inventory adjustments
• Investigate discrepancies involving missing, damaged, or unauthorized returns
• Support inventory reconciliation and audit activities
• Ensure adherence to reseller agreements and return policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in returns processing or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience working with resellers, distributors, or channel partners preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No nights or weekends under normal circumstances

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19 per hour
