Job Title: Community Manager
Location: Longmont, CO (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm (occasional evenings/weekends)
Status: Exempt

Position Summary:
Responsible for on-site management of affordable housing properties, including leasing, resident certifications, compliance, and community relations. Ensures properties are well-maintained, fully compliant with HUD/LIHTC/Fair Housing requirements, and provide a safe, positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations, leasing, rent collection, and recertifications
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Support resident relations, conflict resolution, and community engagement
• Coordinate with maintenance and internal teams to resolve property issues
• Conduct inspections, verifications, and manage lease compliance processes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years property management experience required
• Affordable housing experience (HUD/LIHTC/voucher programs) preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and compliance skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screen
