Schedules: 
SWING SHIFT // Monday-Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM (first day 2:30PM start)
DAY SHIFT // Monday-Thursday, 4:30AM-3PM (first day 5AM start)

Job Details

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced food production team. In this role, you will work on a conveyor system packaging dry soup mixes, spices, and cocoa products. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for long periods, and following strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Work on a conveyor line filling and packaging food products
• Lift products and materials throughout the shift
• Stand for extended periods of time in one area
• Perform repetitive motions, including bending and stooping
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and dress code requirements
• Work in an environment with strong smells such as spices, cocoa, and other food ingredients

Qualifications / Requirements

• No experience necessary — training provided
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Must follow strict hygiene guidelines:
  • No fragrances, perfumes, or cologne
  • Deodorant is permitted
  • Personal hygiene is extremely important in this food production environment
• Dress Code Requirements:
  • Closed-toe shoes required
  • Jeans are acceptable
  • Long sleeve shirt required
  • No jewelry except a plain flat wedding band
  • No fingernail polish or piercings allowed

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced production environment with exposure to food ingredients and strong spice/cocoa aromas. Team members must be comfortable working around conveyor systems and maintaining production speed while following quality and safety standards.
