Tool & Die Maker

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, experience working with precision tools and machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair dies, molds, and production tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Operate manual and CNC machines safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime
• Perform precision measurements and inspections
• Support production teams with tooling adjustments and repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous Tool & Die experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Experience with CNC machinery and machining processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
