Offset Press Feeder – 6-color 40” Komori

Express Employment Professionals – St. Paul, MN is assisting a small manufacturing company to fill an Offset Press Feeder position on their team. Position is located in the East metro.

Pay: $25 – 35/hour DOE

Schedule:   1^st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and manage paper and substrate feeding for a six-color 40" Komori press
• Ensure proper alignment, sheet control, and consistent flow at press speeds
• Monitor feeder performance and make necessary adjustments during press runs
• Assist the Press Operator with makereadies, color changes, washups, and press checks
• Pull sheets for quality checks and communicate issues related to registration, density, or defects

• Inspect incoming stock for correct size, grain direction, defects, and count accuracy
• Break down skids, condition paper, and maintain accurate inventory counts
• Maintain clean, organized feeder area and pressroom workspace
• Follow quality standards to minimize waste and rework

• Perform daily feeder maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication per manufacturer guidelines
• Identify and report mechanical issues or irregularities promptly
• Assist with basic troubleshooting under the direction of the Press Operator or maintenance team
